Service Check In Point
If your Apple product is in warranty, then there will be no charge for a hardware repair. If the product is out of warranty then service charges will be applicable for iOS device and Mac devices plus the cost of any parts required. We will provide an estimate for the repair and only proceed when we have received your authorisation. All hardware repairs come with a 90-day Apple warranty. The service charges as above may apply to warranty repairs if problem is found to be software related. Before any repair is offered we will need to assess the equipment and correctly identify any fault. Therefore equipment must be left with us until such time as an Authorised Technician can complete an assessment.
System Health Checks /Installations
At your request, our Apple Certified and Authorized Service Engineers will conduct a health check on your system. The service is customer specified, so we will do as you ask. This can include disk defragmentation, system rebuilds and removing of old and unused data. Diagnostic tools will be utilized to check for system performance.
We offer Installation Services to all clients (from large organizations to small business users).Apple Certified and Authorized Service Engineers will commission your new equipment in our state-of-the-art Service Centre and deliver it to the customer site. We will install Apple approved software / third party hardware devices and connect your Macs to your existing network infrastructure.

With AppleCare you can extend this up to 3 years from the original date of purchase. Not only will you get unlimited telephone support from the people who made your device, but also in the event you need hardware support AppleCare will pick up the tab for any parts and labour costs. Even better when you purchase a new Mac with other Apple accessories; such as the 27” Thunderbolt display, Time Capsule or AirPort express, AppleCare will also cover these items giving you 3 years of total peace of mind. You can purchase AppleCare at anytime whilst your Apple device is still covered by the original 1 year warranty. If you are not sure how old your Apple device is, simply give us the serial number and we can check.

Next Day Swap Out is available if the device is booked in before 3pm Monday to Friday. Items received either Saturday or Sunday will arrive back in store the following Tuesday. Items received after 3pm may not arrive the next day. Additional days may occur during public holidays and circumstances beyond our control, such as but not limited to, parts being available from Apple.
